The track is fast-paced with opportunities to progress toward an Ops Supervisor role and includes paid training. The role requires a 4-year degree, offers a Monday–Friday schedule, and pays weekly with a starting pay range around the market rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year in customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities with proactive management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency.
