Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong PC knowledge with spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with quality interface and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental dept. to maximize utilization.
• Partner with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Control running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule PMs, track vehicle status, and support technician planning.
