Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Round Rock, TX seeks a Field Representative II, Cross Functional to help operate multiple MS locations. You will oversee copy production, mail center duties, receptionist tasks and administrative activities, while supporting site startups and ongoing service delivery.

You will train staff, maintain logs, coordinate with site leaders, and help ensure timely completion of responsibilities across the Ricoh network. This role is on-site at Round Rock locations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma plus 6-12 months of related work experience.
• Requires valid, violation-free driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with postage meter and related equipment.
• Experience with shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, electric stapler, scales, collators and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist new MS site implementation.
• Support Site Manager or Supervisor with process improvements.
• Train new and existing employees.
• Maintain Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs as directed.
• Collect data for Monthly Management Reports.
• Process mail and handle mailroom functions as needed.
• Provide Courier Service for pickup/delivery of mail and copy jobs.
• Assist in Copy Center and basic equipment servicing.
