Goal Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a hands-on learning leader to build structured training programs that help employees succeed and grow. The right candidate blends people leadership with curriculum development, instructional design, and the ability to turn complex operational processes into clear, practical learning experiences.

In this working-manager role you’ll lead a team while also designing curriculum and learning content yourself.

Competenze

5+ years in operational training, L&D, or related field.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience developing curriculum and translating processes into learning materials.
Experience using performance data to identify learning needs and evaluate effectiveness.
Strong facilitation, writing, PM, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Mansioni

Lead and develop the Trainer and Procedure Writer, setting priorities and accountability.
Build and improve role-based curriculum, learning paths, and new-hire training.
Design engaging training content, assessments, job aids, and facilitator guides.
Set standards for procedures and align training with changing client needs.
Partner with Operations, QA, and leaders to measure training impact on performance.
