Job summary

Stepan Company is seeking an Operations Learning and Development Manager to lead the global operations training strategy in Northbrook, IL. You will partner with Global, Functional, and Site leadership to design programs that ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires 7–10 years in Education/Training, experience in manufacturing settings, and LMS experience (SAP SuccessFactors).

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Education, Learning & Development or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or processing facility environment
• Experience building operational learning programs for safety and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Operations Training strategy and roadmap
• Partner with Global, Functional, and Site Leadership to align programs enterprise-wide
• Establish metrics, processes, and reporting to drive continuous learning and performance
• Develop, lead, and manage the Ops T&D team, vendors, and learning initiatives
