Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to lead curriculum development, training delivery, and learning effectiveness across the enterprise. You will partner with leadership to build career paths, scalable programs, and leadership development experiences.

You will oversee design, delivery (ILT and vILT), onboarding, reporting, and analytics using Workday Learning, Skills Cloud alignment, and emerging learning technologies to scale capability and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, OD, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of L&D or training management experience in corporate setting.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning and leadership development.
• Advanced facilitation, adult learning, and curriculum design capabilities.
• Experience measuring learning impact via Kirkpatrick or similar model.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning and learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Translate talent strategy into a multi-year L&D roadmap for the enterprise.
• Design scalable curricula, learning pathways, and academies.
• Lead ILT and vILT delivery and onboarding sessions.
• Measure learning outcomes and link to performance and ROI.
• Partner with leadership to build leadership and manager development programs.
• Oversee governance, vendor strategy, and reporting with LMS teams.
