Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Partner in Onalaska, WI. You will own onboarding for new hires, develop practical curriculum, and maintain effective learning programs.

You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to turn business needs into learning experiences that prepare people for today’s responsibilities and tomorrow’s opportunities. This role drives Work Readiness, Leadership Development, and Individual Growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of adult education experience in a business environment.
• Experience designing onboarding programs in corporate settings helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own professional hire onboarding with cross-functional partners to create consistent experiences.
• Identify learning needs and skill gaps aligned to business growth.
• Design and launch curriculum for leaders and development programs.
• Develop facilitator guides, materials, and job aids across formats.
• Maintain current, accessible learning programs and LMS records.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest program improvements.
• Advise partners on delivery methods and opportunities for growth.
