Job summary

JBS USA is seeking the 2027 Operations Management Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience through rotations across all production sectors at one of our domestic locations. The program includes three Leadership Development sessions at our U.S.

Headquarters and culminates in a final placement into a leadership role. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum 2.5 GPA, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Willingness to relocate
• Flexibility to relocate

Responsibilities

• Rotate across all business sectors at the location to learn positions, equipment, and processes.
• Support the operations team and shadow production supervisors.
• Maintain food safety practices and monitor product quality to meet customer expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
• Complete a project aligned with KPIs and participate in Leadership Development sessions at corporate HQ.
