Job summary

POOLCORP is launching the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program, an entry-level, hands-on training track in our distribution warehouse that leads to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager roles nationwide. Participants receive six months of guided training across Operations, Purchasing and leadership, with on-site sessions and relocation assistance after completion.

Training is held at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX, and placement includes Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Experience in leadership or problem-solving role is required.
• Willingness to relocate during/after the program at company expense.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing in the distribution center.
• Observe and learn methods, procedures, and performance standards.
• Prepare and present final MIT program project to senior management.
