Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities with proactive support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Collaborate with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Monitor costs and maintenance overheads while following policy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; assist planning.
