Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with proactive service and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Support Sales on calls for new business and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
