Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience.
• Strong PC knowledge: advanced spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships through proactive management, issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate PM scheduling, follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning.
