Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year+ in customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing; advanced skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities with proactive management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization for lease customers.
• Support Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
