Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Nashville, TN is offering an Operations Manager Trainee program designed to immerse you in core operations. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics and Customer Service, then transition after eight weeks into a supervisory role focused on fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff management.

The program includes mentorship and a clear path from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within a Fortune 500 company, with on-site work and a strong emphasis on leadership

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• After completing the training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
• You’ll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.
