Avis Budget Group in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and lead across Sales, Logistics and Customer Service. You will complete an eight-week training and then supervise daily operations to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff performance.

The program includes mentorship to develop from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 company, with on-site work and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with bachelor's degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
Proven leadership, teamwork, and independent decision-making abilities.
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue and customer satisfaction.
Provide employee management and mentorship to develop from Operations Manager to Area Vice President.
Lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong customer focus.
