Avis Budget Group is hiring an Operations Manager Trainee in Hanover, Maryland. After an eight-week training, you’ll supervise daily operations and sales, aiming to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff performance.

You’ll receive mentorship to advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company. The role requires on-site presence and flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree plus supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and teamwork.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management.
• Lead and develop teams; transition after eight-week training into a supervisory role.
• Gain mentorship to progress to Area Vice President in a Fortune 500 company.
