Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Cleveland, OH to rotate through key operations areas and lead teams to improve fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction. You’ll start in an eight-week program, transition into a supervisory role, and work toward an Area Vice President path within a Fortune 500 company.

Recent graduates or those with an associate’s degree plus supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and staff performance.
• Provide mentorship and develop skills toward advancing from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within a Fortune 500 company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth on-site operations and high service standards.
