Starting salary is $50,000/year plus a company vehicle, gas, insurance, and maintenance. The program emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
• Regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations.
• After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions.
• You will lead frontline teams, support fleet operations, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service and safety standards are met.
• You will gain exposure to Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service while driving financial performance and customer satisfaction.
