Avis Budget Group in Detroit is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to join a structured program focused on improving fleet utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service while developing leadership abilities.

After eight weeks of training, you’ll move into a supervisory role and lead one or more daily operations and sales functions. The path includes mentorship and progression toward higher leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree or associate's degree.
• Two years’ supervisory experience recommended.
• Demonstrated leadership and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage employees with mentorship during the trainee program.
