Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Hawaii. After an eight-week training program you’ll supervise daily operations and sales functions, with a focus on maximizing fleet, revenue and customer satisfaction while developing leadership skills.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree with supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate’s degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and independent decision-making.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• After completing the eight‑week training, transition into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations and sales functions.
• Ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management with mentorship to advance to Area Vice President.
