Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in New York to join a structured, hands-on program. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, then move into a supervisory role to maximize fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction while leading teams.

Post training, you will develop leadership capabilities and advance toward senior operations roles within a Fortune 500 company. Must be on-site and have a valid driver’s license. Salary starts at $64,350 per year.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities demonstrated in teams.
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and sales functions after training to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff management.
• Receive mentorship to progress from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within a Fortune 500 company.
