Job summary

POOLCORP in Pearl, MS is seeking the Warehouse Operations Management Training (MIT) program graduate. This entry-level, hands-on training takes place in our distribution warehouse and leads to future Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide.

You will receive 6 months of guided training across operations, purchasing, and management, with classroom sessions at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX. Upon completion you may relocate at company expense for career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Experience in leadership or problem-solving role, or related internships/activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Shadow and learn from experienced staff to understand performance standards.
• Attend classroom sessions at EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX and present final MIT project to senior management.
