QXO is seeking candidates for its Emerging Leader's Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience to build future leaders for branch and operations roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or a related field OR 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotational assignments and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends and improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Share insights and recommendations with regional and branch leaders to shape decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow, or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to advance forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Engage with the community and strengthen partnerships with local associations.
• Champion technology advancement and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.
