Job summary

QXO is seeking candidates for its Emerging Leader's Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. You will engage in structured learning, on-the-job rotations, and mentorship to build the skills needed for Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles.

Candidates should have a business-related degree or 1–2 years in the field and be ready to relocate regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational program to develop branch and operations leadership.
• Gain operational knowledge and leadership skills for future branch or operations roles.
• Lead regional initiatives and contribute to inventory and workforce enablement projects.
