Job summary

Hyatt's Corporate Management Training program offers hospitality graduates a fast-paced start in hotel operations with hands-on rotations across departments. It begins with a six-week rotation and an eighteen-week concentration in Food & Beverage Operations.

The program also includes rotations through Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, and Sales & Catering, with a targeted salary range and comprehensive benefits for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Nine months of relative industry work experience
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities
• Positive references from two previous work experiences
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through hotel departments with structured schedules (6‑week rotations)
• Concentrate in Food & Beverage Operations during the initial program period
• Participate in a broad rotational schedule across Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Rooms, and Sales & Catering
