Job summary

RTX's Operations Leadership Development Program, OLDP-EXP, offers two one-year rotations across the enterprise beginning mid-2027. The program places you in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other CORE areas to broaden leadership and functional capabilities.

Candidates should have an MBA or Master's in related field and at least three years of relevant experience, plus willingness to relocate to different RTX sites across the United States for multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• Willing and able to relocate across RTX locations in the US for two one-year assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two one-year rotations across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Develop leadership and functional skills through hands-on assignments.
• Travel and relocate as required to various RTX sites.
