Job summary

L3Harris Technologies invites high-potential professionals to join the Operational Leadership Rotation Program (OLRP), a two-year development track to grow future Operations leaders. The program provides four six-month assignments across Missile Solution sector sites, building breadth in Manufacturing Ops, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree with related experience, or a graduate degree with prior ops experience; or 10 years of ops experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in operations or graduate degree with 2 years in operations.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of operations functional areas across the MSL Sector.
• Lead rotations across COEs and engage as a team member.
• Accept temporary assignments at alternate locations every six months.
• Aspire to become an Operations Leader across Mfg Ops, Mfg Eng, QMA, SMP & SC.
