Job summary

RTX is recruiting for its two-year Operations Leadership Development Program, Experienced Track (OLDP-EXP). The program offers two one-year rotations across the enterprise, with relocation to RTX locations nationwide.

You’ll receive world-class training, mentoring, and a growing global network as you build leadership and functional skills. The role targets MBA or Master’s graduates with 3+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality, and a willingness to relocate for two assignments.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time related work experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• Willing and able to relocate to RTX locations across the United States for two one-year assignments.

Responsibilities

• Rotation roles will vary across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, CORE, and Materials Management.
• Engage in frontline, hands-on assignments to stretch capabilities and learning.
• Relocate to different RTX sites during the program to broaden exposure and develop leadership and business acumen.
• Common roles include Operations Analyst, Operations Engineer, SIOP, Materials Planner, Procurement Associate, Production Supervisor, and Project Manager.
