RTX is recruiting for an experienced Operations Leadership Development Program, Experienced Track, designed to develop future leaders through two one-year rotations across the enterprise. The program requires relocation and offers mentoring, training, and a strong internal network.

Candidates should hold an MBA or related master’s and have 3+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality, with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities. Onsite roles with relocation within the U.S.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-time work experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• Willing and able to relocate to RTX locations across the United States for two distinct one-year assignments.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and executes deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality roles.
• Relocate to different RTX cities/states during the program.
• Support cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Learn from RTX leaders and build a global network.
