Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Las Vegas, NV offers the Associate - Operations-Leadership program, a full-time, twelve-month training track designed to prepare you for an operational leadership position in one of our manufacturing facilities across the United States.

Participants rotate through six core plant functions—manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance—shadowing roles and performing in rotations to build broad leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations across six core plant functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as learning opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Keep current with publications about the print and manufacturing industries.
