Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Automation and Motion Control segment is launching an Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) in July 2027 in the United States. This 24-month program provides hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence, with structured rotations and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Available to begin full-time by July 2027 program start date.
• Senior with strong academic performance; graduation by Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior internships/co-ops in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Must be able to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities
