Job summary
Regal Rexnord’s Automation and Motion Control segment offers the Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP), a 24-month accelerated path to develop future leaders. Participants rotate through Operations, Materials Management, Distribution, SIOP, and Continuous Improvement, gaining hands-on experience and leadership growth.
Program emphasizes Lean, formal learning, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration, with two 6-month rotations and post-program placement
Qualifications
- Strong academic performance; anticipated graduation in 2027.
- Must be able to begin full-time by July 2027.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support high-impact operational projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain and production teams.
- Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
- Participate in formal leadership training, mentorship, and networking.
