Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites strong engineering graduates to join the Automation and Motion Control segment's Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). Over 24 months, fellows rotate through operations, materials, distribution, and SIOP, gaining hands-on leadership across sites nationwide.

Participants will work on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, with structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for post-program placement within Regal Rexnord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Strong academic performance

GPA 3.0 minimum

Prior operations/manufacturing/supply‑

Willing to relocate for rotations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline

Available to begin full-time by July 2027
