Job summary

Regal Rexnord is launching an Automation and Motion Control Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP), a 24-month accelerated track designed to develop future operations leaders. Participants experience rotations across Operations, Materials Management, Distribution, and more, with formal learning and mentorship to build technical and people leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must obtain degree and available to begin full-time by program start date of July 2027.
• Senior with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation of Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Must be able to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Flexibility to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor, etc.).
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant experience; demonstrated leadership; Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
