Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking exceptional graduates for its Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). This 24-month program rotates through manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence to build core leadership and technical skills for site leadership roles.

Participants complete two rotational assignments, gain exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methods, and engage in formal training and mentorship with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Eligible to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Strong academic performance with GPA 3.0+.
• Internships/co-ops in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States for rotations and placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
