Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking ambitious graduates for its Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). The 24-month onsite program develops operations leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence through structured rotations, learning, and mentorship.

Participants complete two rotations, gain hands-on leadership experience, and engage in formal development with leadership exposure and post-program placement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
Strong academic performance with graduation Spring/Summer 2027 expected.
Relocation ability within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.

Responsibilities

Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
