Regal Rexnord is offering an Automation and Motion Control Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) in the United States. This 24-month program develops future leaders through hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence.

Participants complete two rotations across core operations areas, with formal learning, leadership exposure, and mentorship, preparing for post-program placements within Regal Rexnord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 with GPA 3.0+
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Relocation willingness for multiple rotations across US locations
• Demonstrated leadership in student orgs, projects, or internships
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects across safety, quality, and delivery
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze data to identify gaps and implement solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams
• Present recommendations to site leadership and mentors
