Regal Rexnord's Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment offers a 24-month Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) to develop the next generation of operations leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence through structured rotations and formal learning.

During the program, associates complete two rotational assignments in core areas such as Operations, Materials Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, and SIOP, supplemented by

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Must relocate within the United States for rotations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
