Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Automation and Motion Control segment invites you to join the Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP), a 24-month accelerated track designed to grow future operations leaders through hands-on exposure across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence.

Participants complete two rotations in core areas, coupled with formal learning, leadership mentoring, and structured development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Internships/co-ops or full-time experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities
