Regal Rexnord's Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) is a 24‑month development track that blends hands-on manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence experience across multiple sites in the United States.

Participants complete 2 rotational assignments, learning core operations functions, Lean and Six Sigma tools, and how to lead teams. Relocation for rotations is possible; July 2027 start date is targeted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Graduation by July 2027 and ability to start full-time by then.
• Strong academic performance; GPA 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking.
