Job summary

White Cap in Minnesota is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee to join a 12- to 18-month career development program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development while rotating through branch operations, customer service, and systems training.

Expect a structured pathway with dedicated mentors, a capstone project, and exposure to senior leadership as you build core operations skills and a long-term career at White Cap, a Great Place to Work-certified

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.
