Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in Minnesota to join a 12–18 month career development program. The role includes on-the-job training, leadership development, and a path from warehouse basics to customer service and management.

You will rotate through branch segments, receiving dedicated resources and mentoring while developing a capstone project for company leadership. This is an on-site program with a strong emphasis on team collaboration and career growth.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.
• Receives an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training focused on developing future operations leaders for opportunities that best match your interests, skills and abilities.

• Has exposure to Senior Leadership at White Cap throughout the program.
