Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of the Career Development Program, a 12–18 month training track that includes on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development. Trainees will rotate through various branch segments to learn systems, processes, and company culture.

The program provides an inclusive experience with mentorship, leadership sessions, and exposure to senior leadership, culminating in a capstone project presented to White Cap

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value‑added solutions and lead or build a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across branch segments with on-the-job training.
• Receive an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources for long-term success.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development, operations training, and systems training.
• Benefit from a robust support system with regional advocates, mentors, and process coaches.
