Job summary

White Cap seeks an Operations Leader Trainee to join its Career Development Program. You’ll rotate through branch operations, gain on-the-job training, shadow leaders, and partner with your manager to build skills over a 12–18 month program.

You’ll learn everything from warehouse basics to customer service and management, complete a tailored curriculum, and present a capstone project to White Cap leadership, paving the way for a future operations leadership role.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after program.
• Program start window March–June.
• Strong focus on operations and leadership.
• Excellent communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experience rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Receive inclusive career experience with dedicated resources for long-term career path.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development and systems training.
