White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in Minnesota. In the Career Development Program you will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and rotate through warehouse, customer service, and operations over 12-18 months.

The program offers dedicated resources, a tailored learning curriculum, and mentoring to build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within the company. Relocation may be required after program completion.
