Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee in New York to join a 12-18 month development program. You will rotate through branch operations, receive on-the-job training, and work with a Regional Advocate and mentors to build leadership skills. The program culminates in a capstone presentation to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead or build a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate after program completion.
• Able to start the program between March and June.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different branch operations to learn systems and processes.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership and operations training.
• Receive guidance from mentors and regional advocates throughout the program.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership for company-wide exposure.
