White Cap in Texas is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee through a 12-18 month Career Development Program. You'll engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to accelerate your career.

Rotational assignments across branch operations, inclusive culture, mentorship, and a capstone project offer exposure to senior leadership and a path to future operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.
• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.
• Presents a capstone project to White Cap leadership, creating exposure across the company.
• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training.
