White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join its 12- to 18-month Career Development Program. You will rotate through branch operations, learn core processes, and work with your manager to build leadership capabilities from the ground up.

You’ll receive dedicated mentorship, participate in a structured curriculum, and contribute to real projects that showcase your impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including partnering with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes.
• Receives an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training.
• Benefits from a robust support system with a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and additional process coaches.
