Job summary

White Cap in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join its Career Development Program, a 12–18 month on-the-job training path designed to build future operations leaders across branch activities.

You'll rotate through warehouse operations, customer service, and management while receiving mentorship, leadership development, and real-world projects; relocation to completed program may be required.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after completing the program.
• Start between March and June.
• Energetic, professional, goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Leadership development sessions and operations training.
• Support from mentors and coaches to ensure long-term career growth at White Cap.
• Capstone project presentations to White Cap leadership.
