Job summary

White Cap is hiring for an Operations Leader Trainee within our Career Development Program in Irving, TX. You will participate in a 12–18 month on-the-job training track, shadow leaders, and gain experience from warehouse operations to customer service and management.

Eligible candidates will engage in leadership development sessions, operations training, and a structured curriculum with support from a dedicated coaching network to help accelerate your career at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading or building a team.

Responsibilities

• Participates in rotational assignments across branch operations to learn systems, processes, and culture.
• Engages in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development within the Career Development Program.
• Completes a tailored learning curriculum with leadership, operations, and systems training.
• Receives mentorship and coaching from a Regional Advocate, Mentor, and process coaches.
